Wedding Planning
Rishi and Dimple wanted their wedding festivities to have relaxed feeling with a hint of glamour and grandeur. With Team Veydaa, achieving this was easy for them. Involved yet un-interfering, they let the experts perform their magic and turn their wedding dreams into reality!
Events:
Mehendi
One of the liveliest events, their Mehendi was hosted in the lush and manicured lawns of JW Marriott, Jaipur. The pristine white architecture with the quintessential Jaipur inlay work adorning the walls formed the perfect backdrop for a cheery and bright décor. We wanted to celebrate the essence of local Jaipur. Bolts of colour were introduced through a magenta pink and canary yellow canopy that housed the seating area. A lot of marigold was used to give an ode to the great Rajasthani summer. Colourful umbrellas, streamers, tassels were used in abundance to mimic the local fairs of the city. We decided to go with kitschy props that would visual interest to the setting. The auto rickshaw painted in Indian graffiti served as a great photo booth. The guests thoroughly enjoyed the taking pictures with the flower decked cycle and the hot pink bioscope
Our favourite décor input was a vibrant floor art for the dance floor. The event was completed with the smell of Henna spread by the soft summer breeze and was accompanied by Rajasthani folk music in the background
Sangeet
A canopy of lights is what Dimple and Rishi wanted. Grand and larger than life, the set up for their sangeet is by far one of our favorite curations. A thousand light bulbs were strung together to light up the stage where the families would perform.
The setup was unique and glamorous and all guests were in awe of the awesomeness of it!
Wedding:
A simple yet sophisticated setup is what they wanted for their main day. Sober yet serene, they exchanged vows in a tailor made mandap. Traditional and Indic in every sense, they closed the Grand Affair with a bang at the main event.
